We have an efficient volunteer organizational structure made up of a board of directors and a grants committee. As individuals, their varied backgrounds and expertise provide support to the Foundation and assistance to our grantee organizations. The Grants Committee in particular makes site visits to groups and collectives from the northern to the southern New Mexico border — and almost everywhere in between. It reviews proposals and produces reports to help identify needs and find solutions in support of creating economic self-determination for New Mexico’s women.
