How You Can Help
Your contribution helps us expand our sustainability efforts to more communities and more women and girls, especially those who live in rural areas in far flung villages, and recently arrived refugees and other immigrants. The statewide issue of poverty and the increasing number of people under the umbrella of the “working poor” underscores the value of our mission to promote economic independence and entrepreneurship, and our vision to help women have more abundant lives. More than half of New Mexico’s women who work full time earn so little that they are eligible for food stamps and childcare assistance.
